All donations and purchases made through our system are final and non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, no exchanges, transfers, or adjustments will be provided. Please consider your decision carefully before making a contribution.
2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances
We do not provide refunds for donations, purchases, or any digital goods. This includes, but is not limited to, accidental purchases, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction after the donation has been processed.
3. Disputes and Chargebacks
Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or charge back a donation through your payment provider will result in an immediate and permanent account suspension across all of our realms. This policy exists to protect the server from abuse and ensure fairness to all players who support the project in good faith.
