We are pleased to announce the release of Max-WoW Chat v 1.05, a major upgrade to our custom in-game communication system designed for seamless interaction between the world, web, and Discord platforms. This update refines performance, visuals, and usability while introducing a modern, futuristic neon interface in true Wrath of the Lich King style.
🔹 Key Improvements in v 1.05
- Real-time Integration: Full synchronization between in-game chat, the Max-WoW website, and our official Discord bridge. Messages now flow instantly across all three environments.
- Modern Neon UI: A fully redesigned interface featuring dynamic neon backgrounds for each source—Discord (blue), website (green), Monarch (realm red), and Astraniel (realm yellow)—with clean white message text for maximum readability.
- Optimized Toast Notifications: Incoming messages trigger sleek neon toast pop-ups centered on screen, using our new futuristic glowing background asset.
- Smart Scrollback: The system now retains and displays the last 100 messages from your current play session, allowing you to scroll up through recent conversation even after returning from AFK, just like the standard WoW chat window.
- Session Awareness: Chat is aware of whether the player is in-game or has the window closed, queuing unread messages and showing a visual counter badge on the launcher when new activity occurs.
- Color-Coded Source Tags: Messages display concise, clear prefixes — MW-Chat [Discord], [Web], [Monarch], [Astraniel] — each in their respective faction color, maintaining both clarity and style.
This update continues our commitment to providing an advanced, user-friendly, and visually refined communication experience that unites the entire Max-WoW community.
