-
Coins and Coin Purchases
All purchases of coins are non-refundable. Coins cannot be converted back into any form of real-world currency. Once purchased, coins remain valid for 30 days and must be used within that timeframe. -
Expired Coins
Coins not redeemed within 30 calendar days of purchase will expire and are no longer eligible for use or refund. -
Virtual Items
Virtual items purchased with coins are non-refundable unless they are found to be faulty or corrupted on receipt. This includes cases where the item cannot be used due to technical issues originating from our end. -
Faulty or Corrupted Items
If a virtual item is received in a non-functional state due to system error or data corruption, users must contact Max-WoW within 24 hours of receiving the item to request a refund in coins equivalent to the item's original cost. Reports outside of this window are subject to management discretion. -
Bonuses and Gifts
Any item obtained as a gift, reward, or part of a promotional campaign is not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
3. Payment Disputes
-
Accidental purchases made due to technical issues with third-party payment systems must be resolved directly with the payment processor (e.g., PayPal, credit card provider). Max-WoW is not responsible for handling external transaction disputes.
-
Max-WoW does not process or store credit/debit card information or bank details. These transactions are handled by secure third-party gateways.
4. Account Suspension Policy
