Welcome to Max-WoW! This document outlines the rules, terms, and conditions that govern your use of our website, forums, game servers, and services.

By registering an account and accessing Max-WoW, you agree to follow all terms below and understand that failure to comply may result in penalties, including suspension or permanent account removal.

1. General Policy

Max-WoW is a vibrant, community-driven project maintained by passionate gamers and professionals. We strive to provide a friendly, inclusive, and immersive environment for all players.

To maintain a respectful and fair atmosphere, we enforce certain rules. These rules may evolve over time as our community grows, and we reserve the right to modify, update, or remove any rule without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel services to any user at any time, at our sole discretion.

2. Account Responsibility

  • Your account is personal and must not be shared with others. Sharing your account, even with friends, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension or a permanent ban.

  • You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. Any action performed under your account is considered your responsibility, regardless of who was logged in.

  • Protect your password and login credentials. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from compromised accounts.

3. Forum Rules

To maintain a productive and positive community space, all forum users must follow these guidelines:

  • Do not create inflammatory, trolling, or hostile posts targeting the server or its staff.

  • Do not post or promote content involving cheats, exploits, hate speech, racism, religion, or sexual material.

  • Do not harass or insult GMs, moderators, or other community members.

  • Do not argue publicly with staff. If you have a concern, contact them via private message or our support team.

  • Advertising or promoting other servers or projects is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, non-appealable ban.

4. In-Game Rules

Your conduct in-game affects the entire community. Please follow these rules to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience:

  • Cheating, hacking, botting, or using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage is forbidden and results in a permanent ban.

  • Exploiting bugs is not allowed. If you discover one, report it to a GM immediately.

  • Do not trash-talk or insult the server in world chat. Use proper channels to share feedback constructively.

  • Offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate language in public channels is prohibited. Keep it private if needed.

  • Respect world events — don’t disrupt or grief others. Join or step away.

  • Arena win-trading or dodging is forbidden. Violators will lose team rankings, points, items, and may be banned.

  • Scamming players for RAF (Recruit-a-Friend) rewards will result in a ban.

  • Inappropriate names for characters, pets, or guilds (in any language) will result in forced renaming or penalties.

  • Trading items/gold for real money or coins is strictly forbidden and threatens the server economy. It will result in an immediate ban.

  • Interfering with gameplay (e.g., killing key NPCs for prolonged periods) is not allowed.

  • Multiboxing is allowed with up to 5 accounts, but must not interfere with others’ gameplay or quest zones.

  • Dual-logging or multiboxing in PvP areas is strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban.

  • Posting spam or suspicious links in world chat will lead to immediate mutes or worse.

  • Keep PvP debates inside PvP zones. Avoid sensitive topics like politics, religion, or racism in public chats.

5. Inactive Accounts

To keep our database optimized:

Any account inactive for over 18 months (no logins) will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.

6. Donations

  • All donations and purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be granted under any circumstances.

  • Any attempt to dispute or reverse a donation will lead to an immediate and permanent ban.

  • Donations support server development and are considered a contribution, not a transaction for physical or guaranteed services.
