We have successfully identified and resolved a bug that was incorrectly muting clients based on their locale settings (non-enUS/enGB). This issue affected multiple accounts unintentionally.
? What Happened
Due to a logic error in the mute-handling system, some clients using different locales were being automatically muted—even if they hadn’t violated any rules.
✅ What’s Fixed
The faulty mute logic has been corrected.
The system no longer auto-mutes clients based on their locale.
All previously muted accounts (from this bug) have been unmuted.
